Attention as Prayer: A Creative PLAYshop
Sunday, July 13 • 9am–11:30am PT • $150
A workshop to help you slow down, listen in, and co-create the life your soul is longing for.
“Attention, taken to its highest degree, is the same thing as prayer. It presupposes faith and love.
Absolutely unmixed attention is prayer.
~ Simone Weil
Whatever we shine the light of our attention on, we create more of: love, peace, fear, worry, expansion, contraction, connection, disconnection. Attention is one of the most understated and powerful resources we have. And where we place it is entirely up to us.
One of my spiritual mentors puts it this way:
“If you’re going to future fantasize, you may as well win in your own fantasy.”
I couldn’t agree more.
This spacious 2.5-hour PLAYshop is an invitation to pause, drop into your truth, and consciously begin (or continue) creating the life and experiences you actually want.
Together, we’ll slow way down and explore the practice of sacred attention through:
Free-form writing (to clear out the mental muck)
Journaling on what you would LOVE to create now
Creating your Ideal Scene(s)
Group coaching and sharing (Optional. You can just listen if you want to. No need to share. xo)
You'll clarify what you’re longing for now, and re-align your inner compass toward what feels most alive.
You’ll leave with:
An updated and inspired Vision / Creative Roadmap for the next year (and beyond)
A few practical, soul-aligned next steps
A feeling of grounded clarity, authentic direction, and connected truth
Bring your blank paper, your favorite colored pens/pencils, and a wide-open heart that’s ready to expand into the possibilities. 💫
WHEN: Sunday, July 13, 9am–11:30am PT
COST: $150 (via Zelle or Venmo)

“I took Gage’s visioning workshop two years ago, and I still use the worksheet I created in it nearly every day. Gage held a powerful space that allowed me to hear myself—my desires and dreams—loud and clear. What I created during that workshop has become a cornerstone and daily guide for my direction, self-expression, and sense of purpose. She helped me put words to a broader vision for my life, which has served as a steady reminder in challenging moments and a source of inspiration in hopeful ones. I’m so grateful for the clarity and direction we carved out together. Thank you so much, Gage.”
