A Free Monthly Community Support Circle for Professional Coaches
First Tuesday of Each Month in 2025
Dear Coaches,
Running a coaching business is exciting: we choose our schedules, get to create and share the offerings and programs that we are most excited about, and of course, we do the meaningful work of helping other humans grow and thrive in the ways that are most meaningful to them.
And, let’s be real… working as a coach can also be isolating, confusing, and lonely at times. Many of us work on our own, and after leaving either a work environment where we’re surrounded by colleagues or coming out of an inspiring and growth-filled coach training where we are surrounded with others learning and growing along the way, we may find ourselves without many spaces to connect, share, and learn from others.
This is precisely why I’m hosting a free, monthly Community Coach Support Circle for Professional Coaches in 2025.
The Circle is a free, monthly drop-in space for professional coaches to connect, get support, and talk about the real-life ins and outs of being a working coach. It’s a place where coaches can let their hair down, share the real stuff, receive support, learn new tools, gather new perspectives, and connect with like-minded professionals.
Each month, we’ll explore topics such as:
Setting fees with confidence
Designing our Offers as Coaches
Professional policies—what do we need in place?
Creating clients authentically (through service rather than sales)
What to do when a session goes south
Coaching friends: Do we? Should we? And if so, how to navigate it ethically and professionally
Social self vs. professional self
Moving from Analysis-paralysis to Action: simple, do-able, fun things we can do regularly to support our income and create clients
Simple business systems to support a healthy, thriving practice
If you’re feeling like you could use a boost in hope, inspiration, some fresh ideas, support, and/or would simply enjoy being in a room full of other professional coaches who are doing the work of making a living as a coach, you are invited to the Community Circle for Professional Coaches.
My intention with these circles is to help coaches at all levels feel supported in the process of running a coaching practice, whether you're just starting out or already in full swing.
