✨About the Program
The School of Soulful Business for Coaches is a 3-month professional development program for professional coaches who want to build and/or strengthen a coaching practice that is rooted in service, authentic to who they are, and genuinely enjoyable to sustain.
It is designed for working coaches who have a clear, positive intention to make their living through coaching, and want to do it in a way that allows them to create the kind of practice and clients they want to have, one that’s deeply aligned with their values.
This program offers:
practical momentum, education, and guidance around the Client Creation process
positive mindset shifts
a supportive learning community
a place to hone your own way of creating clients that are a fit for you, using your voice, your gifts, and your creativity
… all with the intention to help you stay on your path and create what you want to create as a thriving, working coach.
Through weekly group sessions, hands-on Client Creation Labs, and ongoing support between meetings, you will learn practical approaches to relationship-based client creation, simple business systems that support consistency, and strategies for working with resistance, doubt, visibility issues, money conversations, and so much more.
One thing I know for sure after 13+ years on the path as a professional coach is that there are a lot of things that can come up when we step out into the business realm! And, if we haven’t run a coaching business before, it can feel a bit like being lost in the jungle.
As someone who was a ‘lone wolf’ coach for many years, I can speak firsthand to the difference between going it alone and going together. When I was going it alone, I felt way more doubt, insecurity, and a sense of being alone. The negative thinking spirals took over a lot more often as well.
On the other hand, being in a community of like-minded, like-hearted coaching professionals who were all also working to grow their practices gave me a place to joyfully continue to grow my practice, ask questions and get support, continue to expand my professional relationships, partner and collaborate with others, and keep learning, stretching, growing, trying new things, and having fun along the way. :)
It’s like the old saying goes: if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.
This program also strongly emphasizes the health of the healer, meaning that we take a good look at what we as coaches need to support ourselves in any given moment. This could mean anything from strengthening boundaries, clearing away distractions/tolerations, and putting in any additional supports, to growing our social connections, finding more time for rest, having more fun, and/or anything else that truly supports the humans we uniquely are.
✨Program Structure
Starting September 22, we will meet weekly for 90-minute interactive classes on Zoom. All sessions will be recorded and shared within 24 hours.
The first two sessions will be geared toward starting out on this path: getting oriented to the group, creating your intentions for the program, and taking your first steps toward creating clients.
From October - December, classes will follow a consistent three-part rhythm, with a different focus each week
Week 1: Client Creation Through Service
Week 2: Implementing Supportive Business Systems (inner + outer)
Week 3: Health of the Healer
Here is each focus in a little more detail:
First Session of the Month: Creating Clients Through Service (Rather Than Selling)
A service-first mindset: building trust without performing
Learning warm outreach that feels human, not transactional
The difference between selling and being of service
Messaging that feels clear, resonant, and natural for you
Groups: how to fill them in a way that is authentic to you
Second Session of the Month: Implementing Supportive Business Systems
Learn doable systems that keep you focused on work that actually moves the needle (vs. busy work that keeps us “running in place”)
Cultivating a growth mindset in how we approach the ups and downs of running a working coaching practice
Developing “Inner Systems” of self-trust, consistency, and working skillfully with resistance
Developing “Outer Systems” of weekly structures that help us stay on the path and in income-generating action
Third Session of the Month: The Health of the Healer (Support + Wellness for the Coach)
Nervous system support for visibility, money conversations, and consistency
Resourcing, rest, and pacing without losing momentum
Honest conversation about what’s hard in building a coaching practice
Practices that help you stay connected to purpose, craft, and devotion
✨Support Between Sessions
Between sessions, there will also be:
1. Client Creation Labs (6 live labs to support client creation activities)
2. Monday + Wednesday motivational messages
3. Bonus audios and readings along the way to enhance and support learnings
4. Optional 1:1 strategy coaching sessions
1. Client Creation Labs
Each month includes practical, hands-on labs designed to move ideas into action.
Together in the labs, we’ll do things like:
Write (or rewrite) warm outreach messages that sound like you
Map a simple weekly client-creation rhythm you can sustain
Refine your offer and message in real time
Workshop visibility experiments (posts, invitations, conversations)
Troubleshoot stuck points like fear, perfectionism, inconsistency, and overwhelm
You’ll leave each lab with real progress made, not just inspiration.

2. Monday + Wednesday Messages
Starting in September, you’ll receive short motivational, practical, and occasionally teaching-oriented messages directly in your inbox.
Sometimes these will be videos. Sometimes emails. But always, the intention is the same: to help you stay connected to your work as a professional coach and in consistent motion with your client-creation activities.
3. Supplemental Audios and Readings
Throughout the program, I’ll share additional audios, readings, and resources to deepen learning and support our conversations.

While not required reading, familiarity with one or both is helpful, as this program draws from their approach.
4. Optional Business Strategy Sessions
Participants may add one private business strategy session per month for an additional fee.

For early-bird participants, three lead-in classes are happening between August 11 and September 15 to support you in diving in and focusing on your client creation activities now

✨Learning Outcomes
By the end of The School of Soulful Business for Coaches, participants will learn to:
Use a service-based approach to create clients, one that builds trust, cultivates relationships, and is authentic to you (your style and your way)
Establish and use simple, sustainable business systems and weekly rhythms that support consistent client creation activities
Apply strategies and mindsets for working with resistance, visibility, and doubt, in ways that support momentum and self-trust
Set fees that feel right, learn how to talk about those fees with potential clients, and handle any potential sales objections that may arise
Fill coaching groups in a simple and doable way
Establish professional boundaries that support both effective client relationships and personal sustainability
Use peer support, reflection, and community learning practices to stay connected to purpose, craft, and forward momentum as a working coach

$1200 Early Bird (by August 15)
$1400 Pay in Full (after August 15)
$1500 Payment Plan (4 monthly payments of $375, Sept - Dec 2026)
Optional Add-On
$250 Private 60-minute strategy session (limit three anytime during the program)
Payment accepted via check, Venmo, or Zelle

Prerequisites
This program may be a good fit if:
You are a working coach (or have a serious intention to become one), and have at least 50 hours of coaching experience
You can attend most sessions from a comfortable, private, distraction-free space
You can set aside at least 2 hours per week for client-creation activities between sessions
You have a clear intention to create a healthy coaching practice and clients you genuinely enjoy working with
This Program Is Not Designed For:
Coaches for whom coaching is primarily a hobby or side interest
Coaches who prefer to work exclusively on platforms and/or delegate marketing (a very valid approach, just not the focus here)
Those unable or unwilling to dedicate weekly time to client-creation activities
Coaches who strongly prefer independent learning rather than a group process
Coaches focused primarily on content-driven marketing rather than relationship-based client creation
Those who aren’t willing to have fun, get a little messy, and experiment along the way
