Soulcentric Dreamwork Group
Monthly drop-in group on the second Tuesday of each month, 6pm-7:30pm(~ish) PT
“Contemplate your dream and let it contemplate you.”
~ Harry Aron Wilmer, "Practical Jung"
Each night, we receive potent images and information that come straight from depths of us - images and information that can serve to initiate us further into who we truly are.
In soulcentric dreamwork*, rather than analyzing or trying to figure out what our dreams mean, we voluntarily let our dreams and dream figures work on us.
While this can and often does put the ego in a more vulnerable and edgy position, the gifts that can come when we submit ourselves to our dreams can be exquisite, and can help us navigate our lives from a more soul-oriented place.
While there are many forms of dreamwork, the purpose of soulcentric dreamwork is to help initiate the individual ego onto its soul path by coming into greater relationship with the elements and characters of the underworld (the unconscious and collective unconscious).
In this circle, you will:
Learn about the art and practice of soulcentric dreamwork*
Engage in creative dream exercises
Have opportunities to have (or witness) dreams worked with live in the group
Learn dreamwork practices you can do on your own anytime
Through creative dreamwork exercises and discussions, these Circles will be an experiential dip into your own dream stream. If you’ve ever been curious about your dreams and delving more deeply into their mysteries, you are invited.
