When I first started coaching professionally, I truly thought that if I just “put the word out,” clients would magically show up.

And when they didn’t, despite the many hours I’d put into my training, crafting a great website, connecting on social media, writing posts, and hosting workshops that took a ton of time (hi, recovering perfectionist 🙋🏻‍♀️), I didn’t just feel disappointed.

I assumed something must be wrong with me.

Maybe I wasn’t cut out for this.
Maybe I wasn’t good enough.
Maybe I made a big mistake.

If you’ve felt any version of that on your journey as a coach, I want you to know: you’re not alone.

In my experience, building a coaching practice can be wildly liberating and fun, and also lonely, confusing, and challenging… especially when you’re trying to figure it out by yourself.

After leaving the nourishing container of coach training, it’s easy to feel isolated, unsure, or like we’re figuring everything out alone, especially when it comes to creating clients.

A Business-Focused Professional Development Program for Coaches who want it to feel natural, do-able, and authentic

This Spring, I’m running a professional development program for up to 10 coaches who want to focus on business-building + client creation in a way that feels:

  • Natural (not pushy or aggressive or high pressure)

  • Authentic (aligned with who you really are)

  • Ease-full (supportive of your nervous system)

  • Practical + doable (simple actions that actually move the needle)

We will meet three times per month on Tuesday mornings, with each month following a 3-part rhythm.

What we’ll cover:

Each month, we will explore three different topics directly related to client creation and growing our coaching business.

Week 1: Creating Clients Through Service (Rather Than Selling)

We’ll explore and practice things like:

  • A “Service-first” mindset around client creation: how to build trust without performing

  • Warm outreach that feels human (not spammy)

  • Simple ways to create connections

  • The difference between Selling and being of Service

  • Messaging that’s clear, resonant, and not cringey

Week 2: Successful Business Systems (Inner + Outer)

We’ll focus on building a practice that’s sustainable:

  • A simple weekly structure for visibility + follow-through

  • Clear and doable systems for client creation, so that we stay out of busy work and focused work that actually moves the needle toward paying clients

  • Exploring Professional Boundaries (so you don’t burn out)

  • Inner systems: self-trust, consistency, and working with resistance,

Week 3: Health of the Healer (Support + Wellness for the Coach)

Because you are part of the business model:

  • Nervous system support for visibility, money, and consistency

  • Resourcing, rest, and pacing (without losing momentum)

  • Community support + honest conversation about what’s hard

  • Practices to stay connected to purpose, craft, and devotion

Bonus: 3 Client Creation Labs (live implementation + support)

These are practical, hands-on sessions designed to help you move from ideas to action. You’ll leave each lab with real progress made (not just inspiration).

In the labs, we will do a variety of things like:

  • write (or rewrite) a warm outreach message that feels like you

  • map a simple weekly client-creation rhythm you can sustain

  • refine your offer + message in real time

  • workshop visibility experiments (posts, invitations, conversations)

  • troubleshoot stuck points (fear, perfectionism, inconsistency, overwhelm)

Client Creation Labs will be held once a month on Wednesdays, 10-11:30am PT on :

The Investment:

Group only (maximum 10 people):

  • $600 pay-in-full

  • or $225/month (with a 3-month commitment)

Group + 2 private coaching sessions:

  • $1,000 pay-in-full

  • or $365/month (with a 3- month commitment)
