If you're ready to approach another layer of your learning as a professional coach, I have a special program coming up in April 2026 specifically designed to support working coaches in creating an abundant and energizing coaching practice, while very much keeping our own health and wellness (on all levels) in focus, creating a supportive community, and coming from a heart of service.
We can do this business-growth work on our own, yes. And, there are times when being part of a small community of others offers the gifts of sustained motivation, support, insight, and shared compassion.

About the Program
One thing it took me far longer to realize than I would have liked: the skills of coaching someone well are completely different from the skills of enrolling clients and operating a business. Even if we've owned businesses before, learning the art of selling coaching as a service is its own thing entirely.
For some of us, this sounds like bad news. After all, we got into this work to help people, not sell people.
As you seek to bring your voice and your offerings forward as a coach, are you tugged off course by doubts or fears? Does the fear of “bothering” people, or being judged as trying to “sell” coaching, stop you cold?
Without a trustworthy community or advisor to talk things through, we’re left alone with our doubts, trying to figure everything out in isolation, and often feeling even more discouraged and confused.
I know. I've been there (a lot). And it's not fun.
And, because I’ve been there, what I also know is that it doesn't have to be this way.
We can find people who are doing the work.
We can get support for ourselves.
We can find community and walk through this work together.
And, we can learn to love the process of creating clients and building a practice that truly feels good, ethical, nervous-system-friendly, and genuinely aligned with who we are and the work we’re called to do in this lifetime.
That's where Staying on the Path comes in.
Program Structure
We'll meet for three 90-minute group Zoom sessions per month throughout April, May, and June, following a 3-part rhythm:
(This is the proposed structure, but it could shift around slightly due to how the group is moving and learning, and what will most serve week to week)
🌟First Session of the Month: Creating Clients Through Service (Rather Than Selling)
A "service-first" mindset: building trust without performing
Warm outreach that feels human, not spammy
The difference between selling and being of service
Messaging that's clear, resonant, and not cringey
🪐Second Session of the Month: Systems (Nervous systems + Business systems)
Doable systems for client creation that keep you focused on work that actually moves the needle
Exploring professional boundaries (so you don't burn out)
Inner systems: self-trust, consistency, and working with resistance and Outer systems: simple weekly structures to support staying on the path
🌈Third Session of the Month: Health of the Healer (Support + Wellness for the Coach)
Nervous system support for visibility, money, and consistency
Resourcing, rest, and pacing without losing momentum
Community support and honest conversation about what's hard
Practices to stay connected to purpose, craft, and devotion
Support Between Sessions
Between sessions, you’ll be supported in these additional ways: Client Creation Labs, Monday + Wednesday motivational messages, additional audios and readings, and optional 1:1 strategy sessions.
1. Client Creation Labs
There will be one practical, hands-on lab each month to move ideas into action. You'll leave each lab with real progress made, not just inspiration.
We'll do things like:
Write (or rewrite) a warm outreach message that actually sounds like you
Map a simple weekly client-creation rhythm you can sustain
Refine your offer and message in real time
Workshop visibility experiments (posts, invitations, conversations)
Troubleshoot stuck points: fear, perfectionism, inconsistency, overwhelm

2. Monday + Wednesday Messages
Starting April 13, you’ll receive motivational, practical, inspirational, and sometimes teaching-oriented messages straight to your inbox. Sometimes these will be video messages, sometimes they will be emails. Always, though, my intention is that they will be fun and useful. They are designed to help you stay on the path as a professional coach and in consistent action in your client creation activities.
3. Supplemental audios and readings
I will be sharing audios, readings, and other resources throughout the program to supplement the learning and add value to our discussions.
NOTE: The two foundational texts for this program are The Prosperous Coach and How to Get Clients, by Steve Chandler. While they are not required reading, I do highly recommend that coaches be at least acquainted with material from one or both books, or be willing to learn and be open to it, as this program draws from each.
4. Optional business strategy sessions
Each participant in this program also has the option to add on one private business strategy session per month with me, for an extra fee.
Prerequisites
This program may be a good fit if:
You are a working coach (or have a serious intention to be one) with at least 50 hours of coaching experience
You can be in fully present attendance for the majority of the sessions, from a comfortable, private, distraction-free location
You're able to set aside a minimum of 2 hours each week to engage with the material between sessions
You have a clear, positive intention to create a coaching practice and clients you love
This program is not for:
Coaches for whom coaching is a hobby or side interest (this group is intended to support coaches who are or want to make their living from coaching).
Those unable or unwilling to set aside weekly time for client creation activities
Those who prefer to work independently and don't enjoy group settings
Those who want to build their practice primarily through content creation (social media, etc.) and aren't interested in relationship-based client creation
Those who aren’t willing to have fun with this stuff along the way!
