The Anatomy of Creating a Coaching Client

One doable, nervous-system-friendly, and truly human way to approach creating clients as a coach 😊
For a long time, I didn’t really get how coaches actually created paying clients.
I tried a LOT of stuff, and I had a lot of illusions about how it worked, but no real system.
Some of my illusions included believing I had to:
have everything perfectly figured out as a human before I could actually help anyone
constantly post on social media and/or keep the focus on myself all the time
in my marketing efforts (which was truly the last thing I wanted to do)become “sales-y” or somehow convince people to work with me
Unsurprisingly, these misbeliefs kept me stuck for YEARS. I kept trying to do what I thought other successful coaches were doing (Post more... Get MORE people....Get the word OUT THERE more), but it just wasn't working. Worse, I was feeling more and more hopeless. Many times, I even questioned whether I wanted to keep working as a coach. If this is what I have to do to be a coach, I thought, then no thank you.
What finally shifted things for me was learning a much simpler way of creating clients, one rooted in service and humanity. I learned a process of connecting, inviting, serving, and proposing work.
It was - and is - practical. It's repeatable. It’s a process that works for my nervous system. And, most importantly, it allows me to build my practice in a way that actually feels true to who I am.

In this 90-minute workshop, I will break down the anatomy of this process and share what’s genuinely helped me create clients and fill groups over the years. It’s a doable and useful system that anyone can use if they want to. I mean, if a recovering people pleaser, recovering perfectionist, and someone who’d much rather spend time alone in the forest than gabbing on about my coaching can, then truly anyone can.
My intention is that everyone will walk away from our time together with something practically useful and doable - something you can do NOW - to start creating clients as a coach.
There will also be time for live coaching and getting support on clearing up anything that’s been standing in your way of creating clients.
